Notice: Beginning in November, 2011, CTI will be assigning some of its inmate phone service contracts to Global Tel*Link Corporation (“GTL”) and Public Communications Services (“PCS”).
If you received inmate phone service from CTI, you may now be receiving the same inmate phone service from either GTL or PCS.
While automated phone messages will announce that PCS or GTL is providing the service, the delivery of inmate phone service from these facilities remains the same as that provided by CTI.
